I'm honestly not very techy. Can you still help me?
Absolutely, and you're in very good company. Plenty of my clients would rather not wrestle with design tools or schedulers, and handing that over is the whole point. I'll never bury you in jargon, and if something genuinely needs explaining, I'll explain it properly with no eye-rolling. You run your business, I'll handle the fiddly bits.
What do you actually do?
In short: social media content (graphics, carousels and reels), blog posts and newsletters, and design work like logos, brand colours, business cards and flyers. I can also lend a hand with general creative admin. Whether you want everything handled every month or just one specific job doing, there's an option for it on my pricing page.
Do I need to provide my own content?
It depends what you're after. For graphics, carousels and written posts, I create everything from scratch in your brand. For reels, I usually work from footage you film and edit it into something polished. The Keeper package includes reels made from scratch, if you'd rather not film anything yourself.
I don't have brand colours or a logo yet. Is that a problem?
Not at all, that's a job I genuinely love. I can build you a proper colour palette, design a logo and put together a simple brand kit, so everything you publish from then on actually looks like a real brand. Have a look at the branding options on my pricing page.
Do you write the captions and copy, or just design?
Both. Every package includes captions written in your voice, not generic filler. I also write blog posts and newsletters. The words matter just as much as the visuals, so they're never an afterthought.
Can I book a one-off project instead of a monthly package?
Yes. Not everyone wants a monthly commitment, and that's completely fine. Logos, flyers, a batch of reels, an Instagram grid, a blog post, they can all be booked as standalone projects at a fixed price. The monthly packages are simply there for people who want their content handled regularly without having to think about it.
How does payment work?
Monthly packages and one off projects are invoiced at the start of each month and paid in advance. You can always add on a few more hours if needed too.
What if I want to change or pause my package?
Packages run month to month, so you're not tied into a long contract. You can upgrade whenever you like, and if you need to pause or step down a level, just give me a month's notice so I can plan around it. Life happens, I understand that.
Which languages do you work in?
I write in English, Spanish, French and Catalan. If your audience isn't only English-speaking, that's a real advantage, your content can reach more of the right people without you needing to find a separate translator.
Can you guarantee more followers or sales?
I won't promise you a number, because anyone who does is having you on. What I can promise is consistent, properly designed, on-brand content that turns up on time and represents your business well. That's the foundation good results are built on, and it's the bit I'm very good at.
